  When you back up the PSW by the Instruction Length of 4 bytes,
  the failing instruction is BA06 5000.  Reg5=00000058, which is
  bad after an LA instruction based on Reg9=00000000.  Reg9
  should have pointed to an MTTB control block.

  The problem occurs for a JMS application (bindings or client)
  that uses a selector (in this case for CorrelId) against a
  dynamic queue. When the application closes the queue (either
  implicitly or explicitly) CSQMCLS2 is called, and the control
  blocks for the queue, including the IVSA, are released.
  However, the address of the freed IVSA is passed to CSQMMTPR.
  When there is an attempt to reference the contents of the freed
  IVSA, the 0C4 may occur. If the IVSA is reallocated by another
  thread before the closing thread references the IVSA, the 0C4
  may not occur.
