  *                      Abend 5C6-00A30042 in CSQTOGMN and/or   *
  *                      CSQSHGMN can occur when available       *
  *                      storage is exhausted.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When a publication is delivered to a subscriber using a shared
  queue, storage is obtained for an RFH2 containing any message
  properties. This storage is not freed by CSQMTPUT when it is no
  longer needed when delivering to the last subscriber for a
  topic.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMTPUT is changed to free any storage that was obtained while
  putting to the last subscriber's destination queue, and is no
  longer needed.
