Error description

• For framed InfoCenter, TOC applet forms topic URLs incorrectly
  
  
  Topic not found instead of the topic is displayed in the topic
  frame.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using Library Server to display    *
  *                      the content of an InfoCenter in framed  *
  *                      mode, clicking on topic titles in the   *
  *                      Table of Contents frame forms the URL   *
  *                      for the topic incorrectly.  Instead     *
  *                      of displaying the topic, a "topic does  *
  *                      not exist message" is displayed in the  *
  *                      topic frame.                            *

  Code from the next release of InfoCenter support was
  inadvertently mingled with the current support and shipped as
  service.Undoing that code change fixed the problem.

• Some Eclipse help plugins will once again be displayed correctly
  by Library Server 3.4
