PM78531: XML-CODE IS 419 ON THE XML GENERATE.

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using xml-namespace, error 419 is seen.  This happens at
  the current PTF maintenance level.
  

Local fix

• No problem when using library CEE.SCEERUN at base level (no
  maintenance).
  No problem if you remove "WITH ENCODING 1208".

  The XML GENERATE runtime did not correctly validate the
  NAMESPACE-PREFIX with ENCODING 1208.
  

Problem conclusion

• The XML GENERATE runtime is changed to correctly validate the
  NAMESPACE-PREFIX with ENCODING 1208.
