------------- ENHANCEMENTS ---------------------------------- The following new functionality is available: 1. Browser support for Mozilla Firefox ESR 10 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 9. 2. New z/OSMF Settings category added in the navigation tree. This category contains options for customizing your use of z/OSMF through the following new tasks: - FTP Servers. Use this task to provide the information required for an FTP client to log into an FTP server and download and upload files. - Systems. Use this task to provide the information required to access the z/OS systems in your installation. 3. The Deployment task has been renamed to Software Management. 4. New IBM-supplied FTP server definitions for Asia Pacific installations. 5. New 'Clear Login Credentials' function added in Systems task. 6. Table filtering support is enhanced to allow for AND/OR filtering as well as case sensitive filtering. 7. The z/OS jobs REST interface services are enhanced: - 'Submit a job' function allows submitting jobs from z/OS data sets or z/OS UNIX files. - 'Retrieve the contents of a job spool file' function allows using the keyword JCL as the spool file ID to retrieve the JCL used to submit the job. - 'Cancel a job' function allows directing the cancel request to a secondary JES2. - 'Change the job class of a job' function allows directing the change job class request to a secondary JES2. - 'Delete a job (Cancel a job and purge its output)' function allows directing the delete request to a secondary JES2. ------------- DOCUMENTATION UPDATES ------------------------- This APAR provides a significant upgrade to z/OSMF V1R13.
