• MSGIBM0232S ONCODE=92 UNDEFINEDFILE condition raised for a file
  declared as stream input.

  The problem occurs when a stream output print file is closed and
  later reopened as a stream input file in the same program.
  
  The stream I/O path in the PL/I library goes through some C
  run-time calls. For the OPEN call for the stream input scenario,
  the parameter list was built incorrectly, causing the OPEN
  to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• The PL/I run-time library has been modified to correct the
  problem.
