Error description

• In the PDF support component, parts ephpdf and pdfapi.so should
  be shipped together.  pdfapi.so was shipped without shipping
  ephpdf.

  *                      recall migrated datasets failed when    *
  *                      the FireFox browser was used.           *

  Both pdfapi.dll and ephpdf needed to be shipped together in
  recent service.
  JavaScript which escaped dataset names for the recall function
  needed to be run for FireFox as well as Internet Explorer.
