  During a timing window a process using the VIPAROUTE function
  and holding the associated XFVRT lock is waiting for the IPMAIN
  lock. The process holding the IPMAIN lock is waiting for the
  XFVRT lock. Other processes waiting on the locks are suspended.
  Their associated process control blocks (DUCBs) are not freed
  and cause an ECSA storage shortage.

  from the submitting customer. This means that a fix to this
  APAR is expected to be delivered from IBM in a release (if any)
  to be available within the next 24 months.

  by Communications Server for z/OS Development.
  
  The solution for this APAR is included in
  CS for zOS Version 2 Release 1.
