    ****************************************************************
    This APAR adds the capability to start an OSA interface with
    an IP address of 0.0.0.0. This interface can be used to
    send and receive broadcast traffic. For example, a
    DHCP client could communicate with a DHCP server to obtain
    an IP address dynamically.

    * FUNCTION AFFECTED: Communications Server TCP/IP (PM71460)    *
    *                     NETSTAT                                  *
    * DESCRIPTION      : CMD=NETSTAT CHANGE=FORMAT                 *
    * TIMING           : Exploitation                              *
    This PTF contains an update to the Netstat Home command output.
    Netstat Home can return multiple flag values. For Netstat Home
    Short format, both the P and I flags can be returned. For
    Netstat Home Long format, the flags value can now return Primary
    and Internal, separated by a space. Any automated parsing of
    the output will need to be updated to account for the possible
    presence of both flags or words.
