  When a SVRCONN channel starts, function rrxReadChannelDef calls
  rrxReadResetRec to obtain the sequence number for the channel.
  It obtains the sequence number by doing an MQGET on the
  SYSTEM.CHANNEL.SYNCQ queue (which you can see from the SMF
  statistics). SVRCONN channels do not use sequence numbers,
  however, so this call is unnecessary.
  

Problem conclusion

• rrxReadChannelDef no longer calls rrxReadResetRec if the
  channel being started is a SVRCONN.
