  • Debug Tool Utilities Option 8 - JCL for Batch Debugging is
parsing customer's JCL incorrectly.

Before parsing:
// EXEC PGM=IEFBR14,      ADDED BY PROC CONVERTER
// PARM=('&IMSLIB1','&IMSLIB2','&DB2LIB1',&ENV)
After parsing
// EXEC PGM=IEFBR14,
// PARM=''P.IMSVS'',''P.IMSVS'',''IMSVSR'',P'  ==>> this is
             invalid jcl.
It does work if the before parsing is:
// EXEC PGM=IEFBR14,      ADDED BY PROC CONVERTER
// PARM='&IMSLIB1','&IMSLIB2','&DB2LIB1',&ENV'
