Error description

  • A configuration option is added, that allows to configure the
    number of QDIO input buffers (default 8).
    Use  macro QDIOBUFF (newly shippled with this apar) in skeleton
    SKOSACFG.
    Allows to improve the performance in a Linux on System z and
    z/VSE Hipersocket environment, when
    the number of queues is unbalanced.
