       Add Message:

        IBM0956S ONCODE= oncode-value A system error occurred
in PL/I multithreading support for the CANCEL
statement. The Thread ID may not be valid.

Explanation: An uninitialized task variable may have
been specified in the THREAD option. Another reason
why an error may have occurred in CANCEL is that the
operating system may have run out of resources to
satisfy the request or may have timed out.

Programmer Response: Ensure that the tasking variable
has been initialized to a valid value. The ATTACH
statement with the THREAD option must be used to give a
        tasking variable a starting value.
Ensure that there are enough resources for the operating
        system to acquire.

System Action: The ERROR condition is raised.
