Error description

• Using DB2 pre-compile option VERSION(AUTO) will allow us to
  maintain the same collection and plan names.  Customers will
  only need to perform BIND PACKAGE for collections and will not
  be required to perform a BIND PLAN when we ship new DBRM.  This
  will reduce the need for queue manager quiesces and allow a
  seamless way to run queue managers at different code levels with
  respect to code containing executable SQL.

  This APAR is raised to implement the build change to exploit the
  DB2 pre-compile option VERSION(AUTO).
  
  This option will cause future DBRM to ship a package version
  based on a text representation of the DBRM consistency token.
  
  This will mean that a BIND PACKAGE of the collection matching
  the DBRM is all that is needed to add a new package version to
  the relavent plan when new DBRM is shipped in maintenance.
  

Problem conclusion

• The build change has been implemented and a new sample DB2 BIND
  PACKAGE JCL included.
