  *                      Conditional Sequential V-type address   *

  Conditional Sequential V-type constants allow a user to provide
  a list of external names which are resolved to a symbol by the
  Binder and used to build the Relocation Dictionary entries.
  The Binder then uses the first entry from the list that it
  finds in its search sequence to resolve the symbol.
  Conditional Sequential V-type constants require the GOFF HLASM
  option to be specified.
  Relocation Dictionary entries created from Conditional
  Sequential V-type constants require the z/OS V1R13 Binder.

• The High Level Assmbler for z/OS & z/VM & z/VSE Language
  Reference Release 6 (SC26-4940-05) will be modified to extend
  the syntax for V-type constants.
  The "Address constant-V" on page 156 will have the following
  boxed section added:

      To specify a list of conditional external symbols to be
      resolved by the Binder, the following syntax is used:
          VCONST DC V(FUNCA:FUNCB:FUNCC)
      The Binder will attempt to resolve the external reference
      to FUNCA.  If FUNCA is not available then the Binder will
      attempt to resolve the reference to FUNCB.  If FUNCB is
      not available, then FUNC.  Finally, if FUNCC is not
      available then the external references are flagged as
      unresolved.
