Error description

• When using the SYSLOGD ARCHIVE function, FSUM1261 is displayed
  showing the percent utilization before and after the archive
  function has completed.  The amount displayed is incorrect,
  and/or may not show any change in the utilization:
  
  FSUM1261 File system /XBAT/tmp archive results:
   old utilization 207% - new utilization 207%
