PM33959: S0C9 IN EZBIESTM +1E8 AFTER STATC COMMAND

Error description

• An abend 0C9 can occur in the SNMP subagent when the
  undocumented STATC command is used to clear TCPIP statistics and
  no listener activity occurs between the time the STATC is issued
  and when SNMP attempts to use a time value stored in these
  fields.
  

Local fix

• Do not use the undocumented function.  Do delta math on the
  fields instead of clearing them.

  Abend0C9 in EZBIESTM when dividing by zero.  An undocumented
  modify command to clear the TCP/IP stack statistics resulted in
  a MIB object variable that is used as a divisor to become zero.
  
  The SNMP subagent is active and a request for MIB object
  ibmMvsTcpListenerTableLastChange (1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.19.2.2.7.33)
  causes routine sd_get_tcp_tbl to be called.  This routine
  calculates the time since the last TCP listener started or
  ended using the tcp_ListenLastChange value from the TCP/IP
  stack.
  An undocumented modify command for IBM internal testing use
  was issued and cleared the tcp_ListenLastChange value.  When
  this value was used as the divisor it resulted in the abend
  S0C9.

  from the submitting customer. This means that a fix to this
  APAR is expected to be delivered from IBM in a release (if any)
  to be available within the next 36 months.
