  • The user is reporting intermittent failures when trying to
    connect to TIM using Debug Tool V11.1.  The error messages
    returned are:
    
        +EQA1998S - VTAM 3270 RPL error, RC=00000020

        +EQA1998S - OLU=EQAMV002
        +EQA1998S - DLU=EQASESSM
        +EQA9999E - EQA50VIO has detected a VTAM error forcing
                    shutdown
