Error description

• During automatic archiving by syslogd of z/OS UNIX files tagged
  with the -X parameter on rule definitions, the following message
  is issued:
  FSUM1223 Error 81/C0120053 was returned from remove(): EDC5129I
  No such file or directory

  *                      is configured for archiving.            *

  A flag was left set during a previous archive indicating that
  the log file was to be renamed.  The flag was not reset after
  the file was renamed. During a subsequent archival SYSLOGD
  attempted to rename with a blank file name and an error
  message resulted.

• SYSLOGD has been amended to reset the flag to indicate that a
