  • Client issuing S iceopt,iceprm=(xx), but has insufficient
    RACF authority for the particular user id.  The following
    messages are issued, but DFSORT issues a RC=0 and defaults
    do not get altered:

Local fix

  • This issue can be circumvented by ensuring that the
    USER ID that issues the S iceopt command has the
    correct RACF authority.

Problem conclusion

  • ICEOPT has been changed to recognize the IEF105I error
    situation; it will now issue an ICEP505I error message.
