PM11125: A TSO TASK IS UNDUBBED TOO SOON WHEN IT ISSUES A TERMAPI

Error description

• When an EZASMI TYPE=TERMAPI is issued under TSO, EZBSOMIS
  undubs the Unix System Services environment via a BPX1MPC call.
  This causes problems if resources other than the EZASMI API
  are also using the Unix System Service interface.
  For example, an application that is running under PL/I V3 is
  dubbed before it issues any EZASMI calls.  When it issues an
  EZASMI TYPE=INITAPI, EZBSOMIS fails to recognize that the task
  is already dubbed.  Therefore, it undubs via a BPX1MPC call
  when the application issues the EZASMI TYPE=TERMAPI.  This
  later causes an ABEND0C4 in PL/I runtime code because its
  Unix System Services structure has been deleted.

Problem conclusion

• EZBSOMIS has been amended to avoid the undub if the current task
