    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This PTF is a roll-up of several        *
    *                      DB2(R)Content Manager for z/OS(R)       *
    *                      Toolkit V8.3 APARs that have been       *
    *                      reported since the release of the       *
    *                      combined Fix Pack 11 and 12 PTF for     *
    *                      that product (UK51036).                 *
    *                      This roll-up PTF will be referenced     *
    *                      in documentation as the "DB2 Content    *
    *                      Manager for z/OS Toolkit V8.3 Fix       *
    *                      Pack 13 PTF".                           *
