PK90645: TCPIP SUBAGENT ABENDU4039 DUE TO HEAP CORRUPTION WHILE DOING IOCTL SIOCGDVIPACONF WITH LARGE AMOUNT OF DVIPAS CONFIGURED

Error description

• An abendu4039 occurs when LE HEAP storage is corrupted.  This
  occurs after the TCPIP subagent does an IOCTL SIOCGDVIPACONF to
  get DVIPA configuration information.  This occurs in
  sd_get_dvipaConf_tbls when it writes out data longer than the
  amount of storage allocated.
  After the abend, the subagent will restart with messages:
  EZZ3202I SNMP SUBAGENT: INITIALIZATION COMPLETE
  EZZ3221I SNMP SUBAGENT: SET REQUESTS DISABLED
