Problem summary
Large SequentialByteBuffer allocations are seen when CDROutputStream is reused though the amount of data to be written out is less.
Problem conclusion
This defect will be fixed in: 5.0.0 SR10 1.4.2 SR13-1 1.4.2 SR13-1 (z/OS 64-bit) 1.4.2 SR13-1 (Linux AMD64) 1.4.2 SR13-1 (Windows AMD64) . The problem is resolved by clearing the value during buffer reset thus avoiding large allocations. . To obtain the fix: Install build 20090424 or later
