Error description

• z/OSMF Software Management (SM) obtains software product
  information from two sources:  SMP/E global zone PRODUCT
  entries, and a Product Information File (PIF).  If a Product
  Information File is loaded into z/OSMF SM that contains a
  product url value of empty string ("url:""), SM incorrectly
  stores this empty string value in its database.  Later during an
  Export action to create a portable software instance, the
  product information for the software instance is serialized into
  the PSWI descriptor file, IZUD00DF.json.  The Export action
  completes successfully.  However, when later performing a
  Portable software instance Add action, the PSWI descriptor file
  is read and parsed .  This Add action will fail with a parser
  error because of the product url value of empty string
  ("url:"").

Problem conclusion

• SWIArchiveDescriptorValidator.java was modified in z/OSMF
  Software Management V2R1, V2R2 and V2R3 to allow a product url
  value of empty string ("url":"").
