  The FMNCSEP program doesn't handle SPAWN_DD parameters. This
  results in the spawned started task (STC) terminating with the
  message 'SYSTSPRT not allocated'.
  

Problem conclusion

• ADFz Common Components is modified to
  tolerate the specification of SPAWN_DD
  statement for SPAWN_ PROGRAM
  FMNCSEP.
