  *                 requiring LE multithreading is when JAVA     *
  *                 programs are in the same enclave.            *

  When processing dynamic calls under LE multithreading
  environment, COBOL runtime library uses locks to protect
  against possible race conditions. There is a logic error in
  this processing that causes an indefinite wait and retry for
  one of the locks.

Problem conclusion

• The logic error in dynamic call processing has been corrected
  by this PTF.
