Error description

• An ABEND occurs in Telnet modules upon return from VTAM due to
  the high word of a register being cleared.

  The problem may be summarized as follows:
  1. A session is established through Telnet to a VTAM
  application.
  2. Data is sent on the session.
  3. ABEND0C4 occurs in either EZBTVSRP, EZBTVXRC, or EZBTVXS2 due
  to the high word in a register being 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• Telnet is modified to save and restore the high words of
  registers.
