Error description

  • Variable substitution in Common Components  Server not working.
When IPV server is processing the configuration parameters
between the SPAWN_PARMS_SECTION and the next
CONFIG= parameter is not performing any symbolic substitution.

Local fix

  • variable substitution will only be honored if the statements are
specified in reverse order
