    This APAR provides function that was originally provided with
    z/OSMF V2R2:
    
    1. Z/OSMF provides a modern, intuitive interface that is
    consistent with other IBM products.
    
    2. The Incident Log task has been enhanced to provide multi-
    sysplex support, which allows you to manage all the incidents
    that occurred for all the sysplexes in your enterprise from a
    single z/OSMF instance.
