Error description

• When customer run the DFSISTS0 utility against large IMS logs,
  the job ran out of storage and abended S40D or S878 at the end.

  DFSISTS0 uses up too much memory with large input logs.
  Msg and rgn blocks used internally to represent message
  instances and region processing instances are being orphaned
  after use.

  - Rgn blocks created to mark 07 and 08 records are now freed
    consistently.
  - The stat_msg_visit pointer used in tree traversal is now reset
    when the node pointed to is being freed.
  - Code to remove msg and rgn blocks from their AVL trees and
    code to return these blocks to their free pools has been
    consolidated in a subroutine for each block type.
  - DFSISTS0 will not expect to find a log record for QMGR free
    (type 33x) for local first transactions
