affected.

*                 dynamic_cast in the 'ibm' object model       *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The dynamic_cast caching uses data      *
*                      such as class type info as keys.        *
*                      However, there are cases where this     *
*                      info fails to differentiate.  As a      *
*                      result, the caching mechanism gives     *
*                      wrong results in such cases.            *
