Error description

• Customer complains abend 5C6-00C93C00 in CSQIRRED
  after they upgrade MQ v7.0.1 to v710 and reduce pageset size:

  The problem is confirmed that it occurs after the PTF for
  PI29028 is applied.

Problem summary

  A queue manager abends 5C6-00C93C00 on initialisation after a
  pageset has been reduced in size and then reformatted using
  CSQUTIL FORMAT TYPE(NEW). The abend only occurs if PTF UI24058
  is applied.
  The problem occurs when CSQIRRED processes a record of type
  FORMAT. CSQPPGET is called, and if the page is for a record
  beyond the new range of the pageset then it will return 00D70005
  and CSQIRRED will abend with 00C93C00.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQIRRED has been changed so that it will no longer try to
  recover FORMAT records.
