  5C6-00F30459 occurs due to an abend (S13E in this case)
  occurring when CSQ3CT30 is in the process of invoking CSQVIALC
  for allocation, which means that there is no FVL for CSQ3SSAM.
  When the TCB goes through end-of-task processing, the
  thread is queued for deferred EOT processing, and CSQ3TM00
  detects that there is no FVL, hence the 5C6-00F30459 abend is
  issued.

  When an address space issues an MQCONN CSQVCRTH invokes CSQVALC
  in order to allocate resources. However if the allied address
  space terminates just before or during CSQVALC then the FVL will
  not yet exist.
  During end-of-task processing CSQ3TM00 detects that the FVL is
  missing and abends 5C6-00F30459.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQVCFRR, which is CSQVCRTH's FRR, has been changed so that it
  detects if the RAL exists but is incomplete, and if so will set
  flag ACEDRASE to ON. CSQVDISC will then restore the RAL,
  allowing a normal termination.
