Error description

• LOAD and TEST (LT) instruction (E301E0000012) is not supported
  by used hardware CPU(2084)

  Parts of the PDTOOLS common server were incorrectly built with
  a minimum machine level of z9,
  causing unsupported instructions to be generated.
  

Problem conclusion

• PDTCC parts have been rebuilt for earlier architecture level,
  with a minimum of z800/z900.
