  *                      down correctly when the fix for PI18601 *
  *                      is active on a queue manager with       *
  *                      CONNSWAP=NO in the CSQ6SYSP section of  *
  *                      the zparm.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  PI18601 added code to the queue manager to make CBF enabled
  Integration server/Execution groups permanently non-swappable
  when they issue MQCONN to connect to the queue manager, and
  suspend until this was done.
  
  The mechanism used requires that any outstanding requests for
  temporary non-swappability are completed, however the task
  requesting that the address space is made permanently
  non-swappable will have issued a request for temporary
  non-swappability for the duration of the MQCONN call. This
  prevents the permanent request taking effect, and leaves the
  task suspended indefinitely.
  
  Any requests queued to this task will hang or timeout, and
  the task will not end when requested by IIB
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMCPRH is changed to remove its request for temporary
  non-swappability when requesting the address space is made
  permanently non-swappable, preventing the hang condition from
  occurring.
