Error description
TIMEMARK and SCANINTERVAL were specified for the Telnet server. The potential exists for the Telnet server to stop sending timemarks to all clients associated with a given port. Clients connected to other ports on the server continue to receive timemarks.
Local fix
. Issue an OBEYFILE command referencing the TN3270 PROFILE data set, and any new connections established after that point will receive TIMEMARKs.

If the last connection in the hash table for the port fails with a send error, the timemark timer is not reset. Telnet will no longer send timemarks to the connections which are active on that port.
Problem conclusion
Module EZBTTTSI is updated to clear the return codes after checking each connection and reset the timemark timer.
