  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Occasionally the server may             *
  *                      excessively use CPU and appear to       *
  *                      be in a loop.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The common server was not correctly handling non-ssl socket
  communications which are unexpectedly closed, potentially
  causing a thread to loop.
  

Problem conclusion

• PDTCC has been updated to handle unexpected socket closures.
