Error description

• ABN=0C4-00000004
  .
  The 0C4 happened when an ABENDS13E occurred while CSQMCTXE was
  in the middle of end-context processing. In this case, it was
  while a connected WebSphere Application Server was ending. The
  queue manager remained running.

  If, during the end-context processing the task abends,
  then when the address space finally ends the system
  may reattempt to drive the end-context processing, but
  because the ACE has been cleaned up, an abend may occur.
