Error description

• An addressing exception is detected in SSLGSKCF C during
  SIOCSECCLIENT packet verification.
  
  Lines similar to the following are displayed in the SSL console
  log:
  
  CEE3205S The system detected an addressing exception (System
  Completion Code=0C5).
  DTCSSL512W Client side server validation failed.  rc:  4003

Problem conclusion

• The SSL Server code was modified to properly initialize
  internal structures to avoid doing client certificate
  checking when not needed. A message was modified to
  correctly display the error and the associated related
  error information.
