Problem conclusion
The packaging has been updated to not change the LRECL when the PTF is applied or accepted. ++HOLD for PH35668 If the ADSNLOAD or SDSNLOAD data set has an LRECL of 80 do the following: 1.Allocate a new dataset with LRECL=0 2.Use IEBCOPY with COPYMOD INDD=DDA,OUTDD=DDB where INDD points to the bad dataset and OUTDD is the new allocated dataset with LRECL=0 3.STOP all DB2 which keep a lock on ADSN-/SDSNLOAD (make sure there are no locks on SDSNLOAD) 4.rename old LOAD-LIB with LRECL=80 to xxx 5.rename new LOADLIB with LRECL=0 to old name 6.RESTART Db2.
