For a remote export action, the software instance description is not being passed to the remote export job and therefore the software instance description is not contained in the portable software instance.
Problem conclusion
SWInstance.java was modified to pass the software instance description to the remote SWIExport job. The updates have been made to z/OSMF Software Management in z/OS V2.2, V2.3, and V2.4.
