  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Using IDAA Version 5.1 together with    *
  *                      Netezza Platform Software (NPS) level   *
  *                      7.2.1.5-P1 may lead to significant      *
  *                      performance degradation for queries     *
  *                      subsequently resulting in "system       *
  *                      hanging".                               *
  *                      The sequence of steps leading to the    *
  *                      system hang condition starts with a     *
  *                      "connection lost" condition between     *
  *                      Db2z and IDAA. The dbos.log             *
  *                      additionally shows "Broken pipe"        *
  *                      message as well as  multiple entries    *
  *                      showing the status of transactions to   *
  *                      change from 'Active' to                 *
  *                      'StartPrecommit'.                       *
