Error description

• According to Software Management Services-> Add a new software
  instance, customer's should be able to specify this entry:
  
  end-of-service-date
      Last date on which the vendor will deliver standard support
      services for this level of the product. This date is the
      general end of service date. It does not account for
      lifecycle extensions. Can be any of the following:
  
     null
          The end of service date is unknown for the product.
     yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ssZ
          The known end of service date, in ISO 8601 format.
     NotAnnounced
          The end of service date is not yet announced for the
          product.
  
  
  Your request must include a JSON object that describes the
  software instance to be added, for example:

  However "endofservice":"NotAnnounced" returns a bad reason code

  When adding or modifying a software instance using the Software
  Management REST services one or more products can be included in
  the request. Each product can include an end of service date
  where a date can be specified or the value NotAnnounced to
  indicate that the products end of service date is not yet
  announced.  The Add and Modify REST services have been updated
  to accept a NotAnnounced value for the end of service date.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Software Management REST services that add or modify a
  software instance have been modified to accept an end of service
  date with a value of NotAnnounced for a product.
