  The RACF database templates are changed with this APAR.
  The updated version string is:
  $/VERSION OA61951 00000243.00000060

  As part of this enhancement, new keywords are added to the
  PASSWORD, PHRASE and SETROPTS commands.
  
  Note that ISPF panel support is not provided for the new
  command keywords.
