  In support of XES APAR OA60650 the z/OS Data Gatherer collects
  additional buffer summary group related statistics. These new
  metrics are made available with Coupling Facility control code
  level 25 and are stored in the Processor Utilization data
  section of SMF record type 74.4.
  When APAR OA61041 is installed, SMF type 74 subtype 4 records
  with SMF record level x'8F' are produced.
