Error description

  • When attempting to use the new KEYLABEL or ENCRYPTKEY
operands of the SSIGNON segment, the following error message
    will be generated.
    IKJ56702I INVALID OPERAND, ÝKEYLABEL | ENCRYPTKEY¨
This problem only affects installations which exploit the
KEYLABEL and ENCRYPTKEY keywords in the SSIGNON segment
    in RALTER and RDEFINE commands.
    USER'S AFFECTED:
Users who have installed APAR OA55926, PTF UA99803 for
HRF77BO and are using the new KEYLABEL and ENCRYPTKEY
operands of the SSIGNON segment in RALTER and RDEFINE
    commands.
    USER IMPACT:
APAR OA55926 fixed the problem it reported, but it
    introduced a new problem.
Support was added for MFA enhancements.
It introduced a new problem when RALTER and RDEFINE
commands are invoked with the new KEYLABEL and ENCRYPTKEY
    operands of the SSIGNON segment.
The customer will start receiving messages IKJ56702I because
the new KEYLABEL and ENCRYPTKEY operands of SSIGNON were
erroneously removed from the Dynamic Parse Specification Table.

IBM recommends to keep the PTFs installed, unless the KEYLABEL
and ENCRYPTKEY operands are needed in RALTER and RDEFINE
    commands.

Problem conclusion

  • The RACF Dynamic Parse Specification Data Set (IRRDPSDS) is
updated to restore the KEYLABEL and ENCRYPTKEY keywords to the
SSIGNON segment as introduced by OA56831 in HRF77B0. This update
restores the ability to use these keywords in the RDEFINE and
    RALTER commands.
