  * 2 - Common storage should be obtained above the bar when     *
  * possible for mmap processing                                 *
  * 3 - Forked processes may end early with a SIGXCPU            *
  * 4 - mmap() deadlock                                          *
  * 5 - LIMMSG processing may not always report the correct      *
  * number of shared pages decremented                           *

Problem conclusion

• 1 - Increase the stack size and use a CALLRTM workarea
  2 - Obtain storage using LOC(31,64)
  3 - Propagate JSTL for fork()
  4 - Ensure pages are dispatch-able before obtaining a lock when
  accessing memory mapped pages
  5 - Ensure the LIMMSG processing is called to report on shared
  pages
