Error description

• UA91366 and UA91367 (both OA51129) have been marked PE due to
  missing ++HOLD data. The ++HOLD data should instruct the client
  to refer to II14842 to review the potential issues that may
  arise after application of OA51129 if a discrepency exists
  between the Collection entries in the Catalog and the Collection
  entries in the DB2 Collection table as a result of end
  user manipulation.
  
  This fixing APAR does not modify the code shipped via UA91366 or
  UA91367. If either of these PTFs has already been applied,
  please review II14842 if this had not already been done.
