  data sets more than 32K times will experience an abend906 rc04.
  The LOAD (SVC8) is issued in IGG0193W +x'2FD)' for IGG019BB.
  The load count for IGG019BB is x'7FFF'.
  Additional Symptoms:
  msgcsv001i REQUESTS for module IGG019AQ or IGG019BB exeed
  maximum load count
  msgcsv028i
  This can occur for IGG019AQ (QSAM) and IGG019BB (BSAM) for
  extended format data sets after applying the fix for OA54348.
